I have stayed at many up upscale and low scale hotel, but i think this one topped the worst of worst list. The rooms reaked of fool musty oders hair in the sheets, toewls,And the floors looked as if they were only swept.My socks were stained and black after a matter on two trips from the door to the bath.I reported this to the mgr. all she gave me was excuse of why and how she cant keep good help.Really not my problem at all i just wanted a clean room for the high price i paid. I would never advise anyone to stay here.Guest service was horrible the desk clerk can from the back with no shoes on so thats enough said.

We had a confirmed reservation, via an Internet site (Hotels.com). When we arrived, the hotel clerk claimed she had no vacancies and no record of our reservation - despite the fact I showed her my confirmation number. She seemed uninterested in our trouble and made no further effort to help us.
We reported it to Hotels.com, and they placed a warning notice on their site that the hotel has a history of dishonoring confirmed reservations.
