The service at the front desk was good. The services at the continental breakfast was fabulous. Mary M. did a very good job. She was attentive, engaging, helpful. Very nice lady, very service oriented.
The hotel itself is dingy and in poor condition. The bathtub in room was run down, the television went off in the upper channels at night, the furnishings are old and run down. Overall the place is in fair to poor condition.

The room was stunning, extra clean, smelt fresh an absolute pleasure to stay in. Thank you so much to the Hotel Managers, Front desk staff & housecleaners. Your hotel staff made us feel like we were at home. Great southern hospitality!!!! We received free breakfeast, indoor pool, hot tub, free wireless for reasonable price. Thank you again for a wonderful stay we will be returning.

Staff is excellent and very friendly. My family and I stay whenever ever we are in the area because of the staff.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, the most recent (until present stay) had been about 18 months. The hotel has gone down significantly, and if this much in 18 months it's a sign of management problems. Even though I am a slob I perceived it as unclean. The staff did not have the usual welcoming and helpful manner. The room was freezing upon entry and had a weird smell. I would only stay here again as a place to sleep for 2 reasons: location to the freeway, and I'm a Marriott Rewards member. However, I will NOT stop here with my wife, who has much higher "clean" standards than I do.
