My husband and I stayed here this weekend for a military function. We've stayed at this hotel off and on since it opened a few years ago. The location is great in that it is kinda in a central location from everything we like to do. I'm don't know if management is different or what but it seems like this hotel is aging fast. Rooms are equiptment with microwaves and refridgerators which is always nice. When I first walked into our room friday my husband had to catch me because my feet slipped out from under me. At first we thought it was the floor sweating from the humidity and massive heat outside. We set the air down low and left for about 3 hours. Again, when I walked in, my feet slid! There is build up of something on the floor that desperately needs to be taken care of. We had a huge king size bed and 3 tiny little pillows. I got more pillows from the front desk. There was water dripping from the light switch in the bathroom which made me afraid to turn the switch on! The flat screen TV also did not work properly. Each time you tried to turn on the TV it took 3 tries! The remote would not work, neither would turning it on/off on the side of the TV. With the static and the loud volume we had to unplug it from the wall do turn it off. Overall this hotel is stilla good value but it's disappointing to see how fast it seems to be going down. We are prioroity club members and previosuly loved this hotel but we may opt to staying at other club hotels in the area.

I am a frequent traveler and spend many nights in 3-4* hotels. This hotel was so close to my work I thought I'd give it a try. I was thrilled to find my room with a fully equipped kitchen, good size bathroom with granite top sink, and Pantene shampoo, fairly good beds, ok decor, big flatscreen Tv, MP3 radio, and even a recliner. The lobby had a TV in it which was always on and loud and a for purchase pantry with ok food and drinks. This all sounds great, right? And it was only $65.00. A real bargain, right? Here's the rub. When no maid showed up, ever, I found out that you gather your towels and exchange them at the front desk. Same with sheets. Do your own dishes, take your trash out and yes, basically act like your home. This might sound strange to folks who don't travel much or are on holiday, but I liked the routine of daily chores. It felt like being home.
The staff were nice. They give you coffee but were always out of decaf and the clientle can sometimes be alittle seedy. Good for one night or extended stay for frequent travelers. No snob appeal here just basic comforts of home.

Complimentary Drink from their Freezer when you first check in. Service and Room was just average. I stayed at 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor by the parking lot and was a little scary when I see car light and people talking during nights. With the price paid, I'd recommand to other suites unless it's a special discount. No complimentary breakfast that other suites would usually provie.

Driving up to the hotel, you can see it is not well maintained. However, I gave it the benefit of doubt due to the name association. The clerk was standing outside smoking her Marlboro and permeated of smoke. The facility and rooms were dirty and not well cleaned. The room air conditioner did not work properly and when asked if they could fix it; the clerk stated she had no maintenance personnel available. My wife and I had a 2 pound cat. The clerk did not state that there was a $75.00 non refundable deposit for a cat or animal. In fact, when the clerk saw the cat, she said "don't let anyone know you have a cat in the room. I was shocked to receive my bill for $258.00 for one night stay. At best this hotel is an F on the grading scale. Save your money and to a few blocks down the road and stay at a respectable hotel!! The Manager refused to do the right thing and return my money she stole and stated she did not care about reviews or the police when I stated I was filing a police report.
