The hotel was conveniently located next to an exit to I-10. It was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, the laundry facilities came in handy and the free hot breakfast was much better than the average stale Danish continental breakfast.

We stayed at the Pear Tree for a soccer tournament and were very pleased. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I forgot my pillow at the hotel and they sent it to me the next day!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Peartree Inn while in Lafayette visiting relatives. We were very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the experience, considering the value price! In fact my husband, who never likes anything, said, "We'll come back here!" The rooms were standard hotel rooms, but they were clean and quiet, especially considering their proximity to I-10. The staff was very friendly, the shower was GREAT and overall we were very pleased.

My 19-year-old son and I stayed at the Pear Tree Inn for 2 nights while visiting Cajun country around Lafayette. It was clean, comfortable and convenient, and we'd stay there again. It is one block south of I-10, however -- very handy for a quick drive to Prejean's for dinner, or to the Atchafalaya Welcome Center for the "Atchafalaya Experience" swamp tour (which was excellent), but the sound of the traffic on the interstate is audible even over the hum of the air conditioner.
