This location was easy to find off the freeway. The front desk was helpful in recommending dining options and the local tourist information center.

We stayed here for one night in summer 2009 on our way crossing the US. We did drive quite far that day and planned to stay in Lafayette. We decided to stay close to the Highways and drove around comparing the options. About price, location and look this place was the best choice (the Super 8 next door did look suspicious).

It's close to the Interstate entrance, but still quiet enough to assure you a good night's sleep.
Check-in was normal, but pretty fast and the place is pretty much well taken care of. It could have cost a little less, but it was a weekend, so it's alright.
The rooms were pretty nice, came with fridge and microwave. There also was a couch and table a little seperated from the bed. Everything was clean and the Motel felt safe all the time.
Of course the location could be better, but we didn't wanna stay to much downtown, because we planned to take the Hwy next day anyway. If you look for some shopping, there's a huge mall only about 10-15 minutes away, not hard to find.

All in all it was a good night and would be an option to stay again next time.

Our family of 5 stayed here July 17th. We arrived just after dark and the hotel was easy to find not far from I10. Room was ready when we arrived and front desk clerk was friendly and helpful with check in , general informatin, extra sheets and pillows for fold out couch. The bedding is an upgrade (really entire room) from your typical mid budget hotel. Quick internet connection in room. We slept all night and didn't hear any door slams, or rude guests. We didn't use the pool but it looked okay. We had breakfast about 8 and it was normal quick breakfast goodies with waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, and danishes. On site attendant kept everything fresh and full. Check out went fine with no problem charges. Would recommend.

I was looking for something right off of I-10 traveling from Houston to Baton Rouge. There were 3 of us and the price wasn't too bad. The place needs a good cleaning and bathrooms need some bleach and caulk. The worst part was the moisture in the air. The room was damp and the AC really needed cleaning.
On the up side, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. Internet was free and fast.
