Ok, first as we arrive we find out it is a 2 story building. (There are no elevators.) (There are no carts or people to help you get your things to your room.) So after lugging everything up the stairs. Get to the room that seems halfway clean. But, first notice that the pillows are flat as pancakes! My wife goes and asks for 2 more which we did receive, (even tho just as small and flat as the ones on the bed already.) Then next she notice's her light on that side of the bed does not work! So again she goes and asks for a light bulb. They do the best they can to understand her, since they are from India. (we think) and tell her that they will bring one to the room. A short time later a weird looking guy comes to the door and gives my other half a package of 2 bulbs, and while hes handing her the blubs, he is trying his best to look around her and see what or who else is in the room!! Well, to make a long story short: It was close enough to the casino and the showers had good water pressure and real hot water.
Besides that: we noticed by the ice machine they had a snack machine also with 1 lonely bag of cheese puffs in it., The so called: (Con. Breakfast ) was nothing more than Cheerios, Cornflakes, instant grits and some what looked like day old danishes!
Nothing extra: no coffee pot in room! No tooth paste, nothing but a small bar of soap and 2 little packages of shampoo. In the bathroom with some ants crawling around. But atleast the towels and wash cloths seemed clean.
The people that worked their seemed very unfriendly and uncaring! I almost felt ashamed to be staying there! We stayed there on the 4th of July weekend of 2009. And cost us $224.00 for 2 nights. Just got home and happened to notice after looking at the Blackjack page I had bookmarked. That I guess during a regular week the rooms cost $55 a night. Well, I can tell you it is maybe worth that and no more! Really needs some improvement!!!!
