The Hotel was Great with great rates But the Staff Jennifer and Justin really made me fill at home aswell as the ladies at breakfast every morning Great Place!!!

We were only passing thru New Orleans airport for one night so needed a hotel close to the airport. The shuttle driver collected us from the airport quickly and was so warm and welcoming. Checking in quick & easy with the polite front of house staff. The rooms were very nice and clean! Sometimes those airport hotels can be very hit or miss. But this is the very best airport hotel we have ever stayed at. I don't think we are the only ones that know about this gem of a hotel there were airline staff and a mix of people.

This is a lovely hotel for staying just one night or a few nights. Great staff, clean & safe what more can you want. Even the hotel resteraunt was good. Good food, big portions and friendly staff. A real gem of a hotel.

Stay at this one fairly frequently, generally can say that van trips are often delayed, gym is small and ouitside pool is nothing exciting. Outside "jacuzzi" isn't one, just hot water in smaller pool, no jets. Sun is always gone from pool in afternoon, so unless itis mid summer, pool area is cool in afternoon. Rooms are generally clean and front desk staff is always pleasant. Restaurant appears to be improving, had a pretty decent lunch the last time I was there. Biggest gripes last time, was not automatically upgraded based on Priority Club platinum status, had to ask, although there were plenty of roooms available, wake up request was acknowledged by front desk, but someone forgot to enter it, luckliy I woke on my own, or would have missed my flight.

We stayed at this hotel the night before an early flight out of New Orleans and we had a wonderful stay. When we arrived we were upgraded free of charge to a VIP room with access to the priority club. It was the night of a Saints game, and the front desk clerk Jael was great! She even taught the fiance (who is from the north) how to say "Who dat!" When we arrived in our room, we were very happy. It was clean, wonderfully appointed, and we really liked the comfy bed. The priority club access was great, because there were juices, bottled waters, and snacks available, as well as great seating.

After check in and a quick shower, we headed out to the Quarter. It was only about a 20 minute drive, and we weren't planning on doing any major partying, just heading out for a bite and a few drinks during the game.

There was only one thing to mention, the TV in the room was a little glitchy, but as we weren't there to watch TV we didn't call down about it. I imagine if we had called down, the problem would have been taken care of. The next morning, we told the front desk agent, and they wrote a note to take care of the problem straight away.

We didn't ask for a wake up call or a taxi ride to the airport, as we had a rental car and phones with alarm clocks. Personally, I never rely on wake up calls when I have to get the airport. And if I do schedule one, I always set my phone alarm as a back up. I worked at a hotel, and know that most wake up calls are scheduled through the phone system, so if something goes wrong with the system, then the wake up calls can have problems. Word to the wise.

Check out was a breeze. All charges were as expected. We'll definitely stay there again if we have an early flight.
