This dump is a sorry excuse for a hotel!
Here is my email to the Area Operations Manager and Hotel Manager;
"We had booked an upgraded room online.(supposedly renovated and comfort bedding)
Ended up with room 202, which is would describe as a below average hotel room.
The lobby looks real nice with new paint and nice carpet.
Once you arrive at the second floor, the scene changes dramatically! Dingy and stained carpet, foul smells.
Arrival to the room is no better, highly stained carpet, front panel of a/c unit hanging down unattached, toilet running and wasting water.
Thought that i might have an operational TV, no luck....had to fix an improperly made coax cable connector at the back of the set.
Beds, old and uncomfortable.
No extra blankets and no extra pillows.
Where are the binoculars to see the micro TV?
This AM I contacted a very nice young lady at the front desk and described the above issues, she was very professional and polite, and stated that there were no upgraded rooms available, and apologized, and handed me your business cards.
Bottom line, Over promised, and underdelivered customer satisfaction.
Next stop, Tripadvisor.com for a scathing review."
