We recently stayed at Crochet House while in Houma for a surgical procedure. Leland and Sally made us feel like we were staying with our own family. The breakfast was wonderful, as were the restaurant recommendations they gave us. We will definitely go back if we plan another trip to the area!

This was a fantastic find in a B&B. The Cajun hospitality was wonderful and Leland even took us out to his fishing camp on the bayou. They provided us with so much information over the wonderful breakfasts on Cajun living in the area. If you want to explore and learn about Cajun life along the bayou, this is the best place. They even gave us some posters on the bird migration and map of the bayou. Thanks again Leland and Sally, we hope to be back again....

Excellent room and all was very clean. They were very friendly and helpful. An excellent experience!!! Breakfast was wonderful especially the conversation with the inn keepers. Anybody wanting to connect with the Cajan culture of Southern Louisiana are advised to stay here.

Our trip to Houma was wonderful! Leland and Sally Crochet were so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked through the gates of the Crochet House to the time we said our good-byes 4 days later. Their B&B is cozy and inviting and they made sure we had everything we needed. Leland offered us an opportunity to experience the true Cajun life on the bayou, which we could not pass up - Thank You for that experience - maybe next time we will catch more than Texas Trout! If you plan on visiting Houma, LA, we highly recommended the Crochet House for your stay!
