Front desk staff and management were rude, unethical bullies that threatened to kick us out if we didn't pay more. Theives!!!!! Avoid this hotel like the plague!!!

Stayed 2 nights. The boiler broke down on our second night. So none of us could shower! Was told by front desk we couldn't move to another room because we booked a smoking room & they had no more smoking rooms. This was at 8 PM. I asked for a refund so we could go stay at another hotel. Was told they couldn't give me a refund. Only the manager could and he wasn't there. Had front desk call him but they wouldn't until after 9 am the next day. He told the desk clerk he would call me the next day when I was back home. I called him several times per day and was given excuses as to why he wasn't available to talk. It's been a week. NO response! Am VERY dissatisfied! All we wanted was a place to sleep and have a HOT shower!

A tree had destroyed our home so we stayed here for about 3 weeks...Tori from the front desk took care of getting the payments from our insurance company for us, even called them requesting how long our stay was..with all the anxiousness from our loss, this was such a welcome gesture for us..she set us up in two great rooms which we stayed in the whole time we were there..Maintenance (James) got us a refigerator and microwave and even helped us bring our stuff to our room. Rhonda in housekeeping was so efficient we thought 'she' was Housekeeping Supervisor..she should be! Olivia, Kim also made sure we had towels, condiments, etc.. With so much to do as far as getting things together to get into another home it was pleasant and so much appreciated that we didn't have to concern ourselves with our stay here...We highly recommend Quality Inn and would stay there again...

Back in August I stayed at the Quality Inn whileI was in town for a funeral. I was very tired and frustrated and a little rude; but the staff was very professional and understanding. They took care of my needs for the room and even printed out directions for me to get to and from places in Hammond. The manager was very kind and thoughtful as I explained to him my concern for the room I was in and wanting to switch rooms. I truly appreciate the generocity and kindness and utmost professionalism the staff displayed during this difficult time. Without a doubt if I am in or close to Hammond I will stay at the Quality Inn. Thank you!!
