DO NOT STAY HERE. Pool Closed, Bad Coffee only available in the morning.
No coffee in room, no blow dryer in room, very thin towels. Charged for an extra room, when we changed to another floor. Did cancel original room. Then charged my daughter and my credit cards for the same room.
Only good thing Cool A/C and nice TV.

My husband has been staying in this hotel for 3 or more weeks.I went visit him with our two kids. I was so upset. The pool is dirty,toilet would not flush right, tub plug would not plug, we were getting bit by bugs. The ice box did not keep cold .. Then on June 7th my husband door locking system locks them out. They had to sit in the lobby for hours. On June 8th The door would not open so they ask to be let in and they told them no. So my husband had to go rent a room at another hotel. and all my husbands things are locked in that room.Like all his clothes, laptop,cell phone, wallet, food. Thats not roght what they are doin to them. And my husbands company spends alot of money with supreme inn.

This hotel was a health hazard. I was so afraid to touch anything for fear of catching something. The bathroom door jambs were rusted, the bathtub was filthy and rusted. The commode was cracked at the base of the floor and screws were rusted. Bathroom counter was falling apart and the basin was discolored and stained. The bathtub drain was full of hair. This hotel was obviously constructed of cheap materials and is now falling apart. The cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. The hot breakfast was not attractive. I would never eat anything from this hotel.

Didn't even complete our stay! Smelt horrible and the beds looked like they had been slept in and straighted up when the guest left!! Gross!!! The assistant manager was not curtious at all she didn't want to refund our money from our reservations! We asked her to call the manager after assuring us the the manager would not credit our reservations, and she reluctly called and the manager and they said they would credit our account, we will wait and see if they do!
