The Best Western's rooms were nice and spacious. The bathrooms were spacious also. The continental breakfast was good and there was a big screen television mounted on the wall in the eating area which was really nice. The fitness center was small, but adequate.

We stayed for 3 nights and my daughter was really looking forward to spending time in the pool. The pool was NASTY!! The pool was filled with bugs and no one from the Best Western ever cleaned it. A couple of other guests attempted to clean the bugs out of the pool, but there were so many bugs in that pool, it was impossible. There were also bugs in our room. I can't tell you how many bugs I killed in our room during those 3 nights. Also, our room was not cleaned one of the days of our stay. The person at the front desk apologized and brought us clean towels and emptied out our trash cans.

We usually stay at the Day's Inn during our visits to Galliano, but we decided to give Best Western a try since it was new. I think we will return to Day's Inn for our future visits because their pool is always nice and clean and I have never had a problem with bugs in my room or getting my room cleaned there.
