“Fantasic Bed and Breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 December 2011

My wife and I have traveled around the US and abroad and we have not found a Bed and Breakfast or any other hotel more accommodating, comfortable or quaint than the Blue Willow Bed and Breakfast. We have stayed with Tom and Maureen (owners) on several occasions and would not stay at any other place as we travel in the Northshore area of Louisana. They are wonderful Christian people that will make you feel right at home. You also have the privacy to walk around the area, sit on the porch or balcony and enjoy the atomsphere. You are within walking distance of fine restaurants and antique shops.

“Great place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 December 2011

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend and were very impressed with Blue Willow. Maureen and Tom were very friendly and accomodating yet not overly so to allow for privacy. We stayed in the Orleans Suite and definitely plan to do so again in the future. The suite is very spacious with a giant bathroom including walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. It also has a great balcony overlooking the grounds that is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. We were also pleasently surprised at how comfortable the king size bed is as well. We own a Tempurpedic and so we're a little spoiled; normally in most places we stay, the bed cannot compare to what we have at home. This bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in that was not a memory foam style mattress.

The area surrounding Blue Willow also contributes to it being a perfect getaway. Everything you could want in dining is within walking distance (all great local places - no chain restaurants) and while we did not do any shopping on this vist, we noticed several inticing options also just a short walk away.

Overall, this is a very relaxing place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Blue Willow is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Comfortable suites, screened porches, beautifully landscaped property and a host who goes above and beyond to care for guests.

“Our Honeymoon!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 May 2010

We went B and B shopping for a place to stay for our honeymoon. We found the Blue Willow. It is a wonderful place to stay. It is quiet and peaceful. It is romantic. It is blissful. I could not have asked for better people to be around. Maureen and Tom are awesome, wonderful people. I could stay here for a month or longer. We will be back and soon!!!!!
