Been going to this hotel for years and it always the Best. Service is great - rooms are clean.

The Dahl's will always stay here

We arrived late and found the small parking lot dimly lit, several unsavory characters wandered around the lot. But after 12 hours of driving we had to stop and rest. We entered a lobby that was bright and clean, and made us feel somewhat safer. We got to the room, which was big and comfortable. The bed was rather lumpy and not too comfortable. The air conditioner vent was dusty. It was extremely hard to sleep, as the hotel is right on the interstate. We rested our bodies, I don't think either one of us slept all night. We got up the next morning and had a hot breakfast, tried to do some work on the computer, but the wi-fi failed miserably. The staff was nice enough, but I don't think we will stay at this hotel again.

Ideally located right off the 10, this new hotel is great. I paid abt $100 per night thru Travelocity and that included free wi-fi and a really nice breakfast buffet. Clean, new, nice decorated, roomy room. Great bathroom with hairdryer, double sinks. Nice flat screen tv. Pool. The a/c is a little loud, but very effective. Free USA Today in the lobby. Chocolate chip cookies and lemonade at 4 in the afternoon. The free breakfast is not just a continental breakfast. The menu changes from day to day, but includes juices, coffee, tea, oatmeal, 4 cereals, yogurt, milk (including fat free), hard boiled eggs, bread for toast, english muffins, muffins, bagels, a pancake machine, plus scrambled eggs or omelet, bacon or sausage, and fresh warm sweet rolls. Two huge beds with 4 pillows (firm and soft) on each bed. Really a great deal. We loved it.

We stayed here overnight en route on a couples trip. We were worn out from driving, late cold raining.

Upon checking in at a $100/nite rate we were given a free dessert coupon for the Landry Next Door.(after an lousy over priced meal our dessert was given to another table because we ordered expensive appitizers instead of a cheap burger "Entree")

The place was seriously worn and dirty. We switched rooms twice. Regardless the towels were rough as steel wool,the plumbing clanked and spurted water, the TV selection was sad, some channels had no sound, We both has swollen sinuses due to the filthy AC Unit.
The nest day we woke up exhausted and sore from the lumpy bed.

Even the parking lot was creepy.

I know it is not the employees fault but it was insulting that he offered $10 bucks off our stay, Which was not even taken off the bill.

Never again.
