1st room assigned was on the 3rd floor and smelled like mold/the phone didn't work and the elevator was being painted but you didn't know that until you walked up to the 3rd floor and saw the note. When this was reported, the maintenance guy (who happened to be hanging out in the lobby) acted as if this was no big deal. My husband has back problems and carrying the luggage up 3 flights was not feasible. They moved us to the 2nd floor but there was mold in the shower and the carpet turned our socks black on the bottom. We are not picky but like a clean room and for staff to be concerned. Front desk staff tried thier best but the only place I ever saw the maintenance guy was in the lobby, even the next morning when checking out. We were not the only ones having problems that evening and we will not stay there again!

A nice hotel and a reasonable weekly rate....the rooms were clean but had to stay on the housekeepers....to get things...Has a very nice pool and a good continental breakfast....the front desk employees were very attentive....

I truly loved staying at this place. Wonderful staff and clean room. I have stayed at this hotel 8 times since last years i have never had a problem with this hotel. i will always come back

I am a disabled traveler (M.S.- with a service dog)- and have stayed and this motel before. When I called the hotel directly to book the reservation, requesting a certain type room, in a certain area ( to accomodate my dog and limited walking for me)- they did everything in their power to assign the proper room to me. When I arrived at the hotel , the requested room was occupied by another guest, It took several people, but they searched and searched until a room meeting each and every requirement was found, I stayed in the room one night and the staff checked on me to assure the room was satisfactory. The facilities were clean, housekeeping top notch, and the breakfast area was well stocked and maintained encouraging guests to sit and enjoy a nice continental breakfast! - Kudos to this facility and their outstanding staff!!!!
