The rooms are never really clean but they do have a really good breakfast and they are in a good location.
Used to stay there because it is super cheap but found a cleaner place that's almost as cheap.

There were 3 adults and 1 child. Our first room had dirty sheets. Moved to a second room. It was better, but no free wireless internet as advertised. Also only allowed 2 bath, 2 hand and 2 washcloths per room per day. Stayed for 3 nights.
One plus, the pool was very nice, but only allowed 2 pool towels per room.

I have no complaint about the staff, who seemed concerned and responsive. But nearly every aspect of my stay was marred by some malfunction. I didn't get the room type that I had booked; key cards malfunctioned; the property wasn't very clean. The entire building and its equipment seem too old to function very well, and many things are in a state of disrepair. I saw that some painting was going on, and perhaps some furniture replacement. The building looks fine from the street and is convenient to the interstate and shopping mall. Staying here was just too frustrating, and I left sooner than I had intended to.

Spent a 4-day stay July 2011, prepaid to Expedia or we would have walked out the 1st day. Just a FEW of things wrong: 1st rm we were given was not made up & surly desk staff ARGUED when we asked for clean rm. Lot was empty; but no more 1st floor rms, they said. In our 2nd room, bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a yr. Hair dryer didn't work. 1 bath towel for 2 people on 2nd day. Ice machine didn't work--they wrote "Out of Order" on the machine itself so they must not plan to fix it soon. TV remote looked like it's been chewed by rodents. You have to pry microwave door open to get your heated food out. Our 1 key card (they wouldn't give us 2) didn't work on our 2nd or 3rd nites--had to go back to office in 103 degrees to get it reauthorized each day, tho we prepaid for 4 days. Plenty of staff standing around--all surly, defensive & unhelpful if you ask them to fix something. E.g., when they left only 1 bath towel for 2 people & we asked housekeeping to bring another, they said come to office to get it yourself. Flimsy construction means you hear every sound above, below & outside. DON'T STAY HERE if you value cleanliness, courtesy & COMFORT!
