Considering the price, we had a great time. The jacuzzi tub was huge, the lighting was great, and having 3 tvs was a fun novelty. We will definitely be staying here again.

Same old Isle of Capri decor. Doesn't look like anyone has cleaned in a long time. Looking for a change from the Horseshoe, which is beginning to look tired too, I can't believe I am paying for this room. Next trip....different casino for sure.

At one time my husband and I went to Shreveport-Bossier two or three times a year. Things have happened and we just don't get to get-away as much. But, we finally got things arranged to go to Shreveport this past weekend. We usually stay at the El Dorado because my husband plays Texas Hold 'Em but it was completely full on Saturday night and I didn't want to move for just Saturday night before coming home on Sunday. So, instead we stayed at DiamondJacks'. Our room was great, check-in was fine and everything about our stay was perfect. Didn't win much money but shopping was good!

The Glen Cambelll show on Sat,, Jan 14th is the reason I stayed there. I do not gamble, so this my first and probablly last stay at any hotel/casino resort anywhere.

I had requested a non smoking room, but arriving at 5pm, was told only smoking were available and that non smoking rooms were always taken first. The smoking room I was given is room 308, one of the rooms on the atrium above the front desk.

There is a non smoking sign on the outside door entering the ballroom lobby and one on the entrance to the contour beteween the hotel and restaruants.

Is the eating area supose to be smoke free? Regardless how far the casino entrance is, the eating area sometimes smells like smoke.

Like others, I had read all of the reveiws, so I entered 308 with an open mind expecting anything but found nothing major wrong except there is not a desk or table in the room so there is not a hard surface to eat if room service is ordered.

Suggestion- if you take photos of the room that you feel need attention, please give the room number on your reveiw. This way, out of 500 rooms, the management will know which room you are refering to. They cannot check all 500 romms every day to see if housekeeping is doing their job.

Note- I hope the management reads this and makes a publuc reply.
