Typical very comfortable Hampton Inn.

Well maintained property, clean, great Front Desk staff. The hotel is right on the highway so you will hear it from your room.

Breakfast is adequate.
The area seem safe.

Few restaurants next door, small strip mall with a supermarket and pharmacy - very convenient.

Internet is a little slow but also adequate and free.


I would go back when in Baton Rouge.

The hotel is secluded behind an 12 story office building which was actually nice because it was quiet. It's located in close proximity to multiple restaurants, a mall, and multiple fitness facilities, and a couple of minutes from the highway. Most fitness facilities in the area will give you a guest pass if you log in to their website and request one. I mention that because the fitness facility at the hotel only has two treadmills and an exercise bike if I remember correctly. Cool Springs is a newer suburban area which makes me feel at home. I travel about 45% of the time if that gives you an idea of my experience.

The Hampton Inn is well located. It has an excellent service and the rooms are very comfortable. We found everything clean and the food was delicious. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Our stay was from July 31 to Aug 2 2009. We were a church group that included adults teens and children. Our stay was great. We arrived earlier than check-in and was accomidated no problem. We even made it for the free daily hot breakfast. The rooms were very clean and everything working. Great staff! I had some business to come up and my needs were taken care of right away. Excellent room service. It's next to highway but rooms are nice and quite. Close to downtown and many attractions.
