The trip started off on the wrong foot. I booked my reservations on line the Wednesday before the Friday I was going to stay. When I arrived 4 hours later than check-in time my room was still not ready. When I asked the clerk when it would be ready she replied, " I don't know, we are short handed." I then got on my phone and called customer service who in turn called the clerk. The room was available in 30 minutes but it showed. The door looked as if it had been kicked in a few times because it took about five minutes just to get in. The lock was bent and the door didn't close tightly so light beamed from under and all around it. The bed spreads were full of cigarette burns even though my room was suppose to be non-smoking. The floors were dirty and so was the toilet, tub and bed sheets. We slept on top of the covers. I was suppose to stay the entire weekend but I could not. I packed my bags and checked out of that dump at 7 AM. I really think management should really make severe changes to this particular chain if it values it name and reputation. This place is a disgrace! I give this place a negative 0. Don't take your family or anyone for that matter to this facility.

I had read the reviews and thought "It can't be that bad". I was wrong. There was dirt in every corner of the baseboards and mold in the shower. (They have a 2 piece shower kit.) Our AC went out in the first room and they moved us to another room which was no better. The exterior locks on both rooms did not work properly. The beds are very uncomfortable. I sat on the edge of one and felt the springs pop up in the mattress. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I understand that it's an expensive motel, but it should at least be clean. When it was time to clean the room, my husband and I were still asleep, but I still had to get up to sign the sheet that said we were passing on the cleaning for the day. (There were no Do not Disturb cards available.).

First of all they had us on the 3rd. floor after I told them my wife has had 3 back surgeries and we needed a ground floor room, then we got a room on the inside area with excess walking, so the next room the shower head was broke. Then we finally get a fairly decent room at least I thought it was, the floor was nasty had condom wrappers under the beds no sleep on Friday night due to a bachelor party with HOE included. They have a gate that is suppose to close and you have to use your room key to get in that stayed up all the time. Said they had Security never seen them, good thing I packed my own. More people were here than what should of been (ONE PERSON GET'S A ROOM THEN EVERYONE SHOWS UP LATER TO PARTY) EVEN THOUGH VISITOR'S MUST LEAVE BY 10 P.M. UNTIL 6 A.M.They have No Trespassing Signs Up but the Pimps & Hoes can't read anyway. This is a RENT BY THE HOUR NOT BY THE NIGHT MOTEL. RECOMMENDED TO ALL THAT WANT TO PARTY FAMILY NOT INCLUDED. SECOND SHIFT CLERK WAS REAL NICE BUT THIRD SHIFT WAS A NOT SO FRIENDLY PERSON.

First of all there should be zeros to check because this place is less than 1. Where to begin.......the room is small very small. My girlfriend began checking the sheets and found blood and stains on the comforter from one bed and burn holes on the other bed. I brought the comforter down to change and they had none. She had to get security (a deputy sheriff...that should tell you about the location) to go into another room to get one. Ok I finally get the blanket. Let's move to the bathroom......dirt ring tattooed around the tub. My girlfriend was tempted to lay a towel down in the shower just so she wouldn't have to stand in it. Temperture control was an issue too. I said the room was small well one bed is damn near on the heater and there are several selections but it only works on two......artic cold or hell hot, I'm not kidding I found my self having to get up in the middle of the night several times to either turn it off or on there is no way to get it a comfortable temp. And all these with the junkies, pimps, and prostitues and you have the perfect reason to spend more and go elsewhere. I had reserved for two nights. I couldnt make it and got a refund the following morning. To say that this place is horrible is an understatment and I don't understand how they pass any inspection. We checked into a better hotel today we explained to the clerk that we stayed at the motel 6 and he felt so bad he gave us a discount. If that and this review don't help you to understand how bad this place is then by all means drop down the 50 bucks and find out for yourself.
