This place was Nasty! There bathroom had black dirt and mold all around the shower. dirt built up in coners of bathroom floor. celing was falling apart , stains on the wall , shower head not attached correctly. plunger with dried toilet paper on it. then in the room smoke detector not attached to ceiling, the door internal latch was not even all there. the wall around the door was falling apart and crumbling. No good seal on the door could see about 0.5-1cm of light around the door when closed.
