I stayed in the area to attend a job fair. The hotel was recommended by the job fair coordinator. The hotel did offer me a fair price. After driving 14 hours I entered Baton Rouge around 10pm. The main road that you take to this hotel had some construction work. It made it hard to spot the short road that is the enterence to Mall Dr and it does not have very good signs, add on that is now dark it makes it very hard to find. The hotel is tucked back off of Mall Dr. I drove up and back a handful of times before I finally spotted the short road. On a whim I decided to try it and that is where I found the hotel. The hotel or town need to make this something easier for out of towners. Once at the hotel the check in was quick and easy. I had a room on the ground floor. The room was huge and clean. The room has a full kitchen. It has nice comfy bed, a good work space, and a swivel tv to watch from anywhere in bed. The only problem we encountered was a large palmetto bug early one morning in the bathroom. The hotel offeres a small computer in there sign in/breakfast area. The computer was in use one day, but the staff stated the guests can use the hotel next door. I stayed at the hotel for three days and it was overall a nice stay!
