The suite was large, with a separate room for the bed and bathroom, and a full kitchen. The breakfast was pretty good, though not great. The hotel was quiet, as well, and I never heard my neighbors.

And, even though it is a Marriott, they had free high speed internet. Yay!

The exercise room was pretty bad. The elliptical machine I was on more-or-less fell apart when I was using it, which was surprising, to say the least.

The service at the hotel was prompt and friendly, and the hotel is located near several chain restaurants.

I stayed here for three nights on business. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. The room was large and well equiped. The only negatative was the bed was a little softer than I like.
The breakfast was good and the supper was adequate.
The location is very good near, restaurants and shopping. It was a little difficult to find especially at night.

This is the only hotel that I stay at when I travel to BR for business or pleasure. The hotel staff is so friendly and professional. They are always smiling and asking if there is anything that they can do for you. I like the location as it is adjacent to I-10 in the southern part of the city. It is located in a shopping area that has TJ Maxx, Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond , etc., as well as a WalMart that are all within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well kept. I would think that they will be up for remodel soon, but I have no reservations about them. I usually stay at 4 and 5 star hotels when I vacation. I feel safe here and that is extremely important to me in BR. The hotel is somewhat difficult to find the first time you stay here as you must enter the Seigen Marketplace first and wind your way there. The signage works! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

My family and I are relocating to California from Florida and we stayed here on our second night which also happened to be a Saturday night. The lady who checked me in was minimally friendly and probably would be friendlier except for the fact she was very very busy. In her rush to check me in she had to swipe my Govt. CC and it took about 3 tries to go through, during which time she told me in a soup Nazi style that I was out of luck if it would not swipe. The room was fine and I encountered no problems there. The place was full of families and this was fine as I was traveling with mine. Having said this though it appeared as if every family from New Orleans was there, complete with groups of people loitering in the same spot smoking cigarettes and drinking beer for most of the day. I thought perhaps that even 6 years later this place may still have Katrina families living there. There were German cockroaches in the stairwell. The breakfast area was so busy I didn't even bother. Though it met my minimum requirements for Residence Inn I do not plan to return here.
