I stayed two nights at this hotel and was not impressed. You get what you pay for...and less.

PROS:
- price isn't bad. Looked like several just-driving-through travelers knew about this place. Arrive late, gone in the morning.
- rooms fairly clean and average size (HBO and many other channels on the tv)
- for snacks you can walk 50 feet to the Holiday Inn next and use their machines. (See CONS below)
- laundry room
- walk about 20 minutes to restaurants and movie theater.

CONS
- mattress, while not the worst I've had, were older and definitely had "body scoops/grooves" in them.
- towels were some of the thinnest I've seen (and with old 'clean' stains)
- showerhead was fair
- Continental breakfast was fair, as compared with other Continental breakfasts I've had in the last year. There were even little flies (!) in the orange juice container and in the day-old Krispy Kreme donut box.
- pop/soda machines were almost empty and one didn't work entirely but would still take your money. Took two requests of staff to get an "out of order" sticker put on the machine.
- laundry had two washing machines but only one was working. I didn't actully try it.
- Though it's not the hotel's fault, right now they find themselves in the middles of a huge construction project. The interchange 100 yards from them is being expanded. Thus the walk into Winchester for food and a movie is at-your-own-risk as there are no sidewalks.
- noticed one of the fire extinguishers on the outside of the motel indicates "Needs recharge" and it was last checked in Nov. 2003!

I've stayed at worse but do be aware of what you are getting here.
