Reserved a room at the Days Inn for 2 days for a business trip to Williamsburg. Selected Days Inn based on the logic that the most expensive hotel for this town as listed on the internet should be the best. Upon driving up noticed the property appeared rather tired and worn. Passage ways were in need of a good cleaning. At first our room appeared clean, but a closer look---well main areas were pretty clean, just don't look in the corners. Next morning----no hot water. Nothing pressing in the forenoon so went back to bed for a couple extra hours sleep. Still no hot water. Went down to the office so see why there was not hot water. Much to my amazement, the attendent on duty insisted that we in fact did have hot water. There was no way she would move from her position that we had hot water. Out of frustration we checked out and moved up the road 16 miles to Corbin where we found an abundance of motels to choose from which are of much better quality and at lower rates.
