Upon checking in, I had to wait for the front desk clerk for 15 minutes to check me in. When he finally showed up, he had issues to check me in. Being a Priority Rewards member using points, I didn't think it would be an issue. He ended up charging my credit card $25 "fee", which I finally got taken off. Then the room I had originally reserved was unavailable as they gave it to someone else. I was provided a "free upgrade" which turned out to be a nightmare. We were located to the last room on the floor in a corner. The heater was VERY loud and blew out cold out even on Hot an High. Calls to the front desk were unanswered. I walked down to the front desk in my pajamas only to be told that there is nothing they could do about it. Very sleepless night. I mentioned it to the manager the next morning our issues. They were able to clear the $25 charge. Will not stay here again.
