This Comfort Suites sucks!!!!! First of all, the internet didn't work and I was depending on it to do some research for our vacation as we are not familiar with the area. Very disappointing. The toilet seat had dried urine spots on it and plus there was no bathroom fan. Very disappointing stay. Will not stay there again!

During a recent trip I stayed at 3 different Comfort Suite hotels. Two experiences were great, but this hotel was AWFUL. There was mold on the shower curtain. All the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, but the fold out sofa was impossible. That mattress was way past needing replacement and the supporting frame was actually missing several connecting springs! To top it off the free breakfast included a lot of stale food. Comfort Inn needs to do better quality control!

Do you trust hotel staff / house keeping? Think again, in this hotel they will go through your personal belongings while you are away. If they see something they like, its gone and there is nothing you can do about it. Management don't want to hear it. Local police will fill out the worthless forms & not follow up the crime. Choice hotels corp. office will be happy to take your information. Thats where it stops. Your just out of luck. Guess you need to bring all of your belongings with you every time you step out of the hotel for a meal or what ever. Chalk it up to another hard lesson learned. When you see the words "This hotel is not responsible for personal belongings" take it to heart everytime you get ready to walk out of your hotel.

Days before I reserved a room at a different hotel. After seeing that hotel I drove on and found the Comfort Suites Paducah, Ky. The desk clerk working April 15, 2010 4PM told me the rate would be $89. I asked about AARP, that person took $5 off. Online the rate would have been $76. When I asked if the hotel would honor that the answer was no. I asked if I made a reservation online would they honor the rate, the answer again was no. I am done with Choice Hotels of any description.
