“Acceptable in a pinch”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 November 2010 via mobile

I got into town late on a Monday night and desperately needed 3 rooms for myself and fellow travelers. Location near the interstate and Fort Campbell are good, but other than that, it is quite unremarkable. I stayed for 3 weeks and the only reason we didn't switch locations was because of the hassle of moving everything. Breakfast was OK, but not worth making a decision over. Staff was tolerable at best. Your best bet would be to exit at Clarksville (exit 4 on I-24 in Tennessee), only 15 minutes away, and stay at one of those places.

“Got to be top 5 worst Hotels!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 July 2010

My partner and I chose this hotel on our trip back from Florida. The proximity to the highway was good and easy to get to from the road. The convience stops there. The check in was average. Upon entering the room I noticed the room smelled from something, it made me think of flea powder. The room was tiny and hard to move around. The bathroom door had a fist sized hole in it and patched with drywall. The tub had a middle sized hole and was patched with something. We didn't shower, just got up and left.

“Stay Away”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 May 2009

This hotel was close to where we needed to be, but that was about the only good thing about it! The room and bathroom smelled terrible and neither was very clean. And between the noise in the next rooms and the noisy people outside none of us slept much the whole night. Avoid this place.

“Needed hotel close to base”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 March 2009

This was the worst experience I've ever had a any hotel in my life. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The first night I checked in, the person behind the counter had no business being there at all. You could tell that she did not want to be there and she had no communication skills at all. I thought I was talking to a wall. I almost cancelled my reservation right then and there. Now I wished I would have. Every night when I returned to my room, I was unable to get in with the room key/card. I had to go to the front desk everynight and they had to reactivate my card. They said I must of had my card next to my cell phone in my purse. I only asked for room service for one day, but they never showed up. The shampoo bottle that was left for me had already been opened. They just reuse the bottles from prior visits. The room had a very foul smell to it. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned from the last visitor (if you know what I mean). It was so bad, I checked out a day early, but because I checked out after 11:00 am, they still charged me for my last day. I explained all of the problems I had to the front desk help, but she had no sympathy for me at all. She said I could call back the next day and talk to the manager if I wanted to. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
