Pool shut down by health dept, towel where wet in the room, door lock didnt work half the time, some of the staff not friendly. Milk on buffet bar left with on counter with no ice to put it on. Buffet bar ran out, so they say, later had food. Run down rooms, bathroom curtain smelled badly. A socket on our room was broke off and was a fire harard if something was plugged into it. Internet was wireless but signal was weak and could not get on in room. Would not recommend and will never stay again

this hotel was filthy, very dirty bed spreads, bath room was full of mold no hand towels or wash cloth, two towels for three people when we asked for more towels had to waite 2 hrs for them, NO SMOKE ALARM in room.just all over bad

Room was dirty, there were no hand towels or wash cloths -- but a soiled washcloth was in bathroom. ugh! When maid didn't respond, I went to maid's cart and got them myself. There were no top sheets on beds -- only bottom sheets on mattresses. Requested top sheets 6 times in two days, but got none. We had to go to store to purchase flat sheets ourselves! The cold water faucet was inoperable -- had only HOT water. Front desk said they would fix, but did nothing. Curtains were torn, door panel was coming off, and floor lamp didn't work. We stayed only because no other rooms were available in area during Quilt Show week. Never again!

I went to the front desk and asked if our room could be recleaned and noone was available. I asked for cleaning materials and was refused. Only staff allowed to clean the rooms. I asked to call the owner for supplies. I finally went to the store and bought my own supplies and cleaned. A few hours later, someone came in with a spray of airwick and said, now isn't that better. The pool was so dirty we would not get in. The pool chairs was broken and most unsafe to even sit on. Then they tried to overcharge me when we checked out. I complained about the filth when we left, I called back after we got home and complained again and all they said was thank you for your comments and we hope you will visit again. Yeah, I would rather sleep in my car before staying there ever again, .
