My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. The check in process was very easy. We stayed in a room with a king size bed, the room was large and clean. The TV was huge and could be seen throughout the room. The room had a fridge, that work great. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows for two people. The hotel offered free breakfast but it was very basic. The hotel offers free wi-fi, which is really nice. The also had a business center and let hotel guest print for free. Our room also had a nice couch with a pull out bed. This room could have easily slept a kiddo or two. The hotel is located on a busy street but the noise can't be heard in the hotel. The room were very quiet I could not here any other guests. Overall the hotel is a great value and offers a nice place to stay.

The hotel is surround by restaurants, Mimi's cafe, Carraba's grill, Chile's. A Barnes and Noble is directly behind the hotel. It took us approximately 15 min to make it downtown Louisville, and 5 minutes to make it to a local mall for shopping.

We've had the pleasure of staying in many 4 & 5 star hotels over the years but all of them can learn from this one when it comes to customer service. It was clean & in a great location. When we called the front desk for anything they were on it! They went above & beyond to accomodate us and Julia even helped us try to get my daughters necklace that she dropped behind a shelf. The service is A+++ & we will definitely stay there again!

Large clean room. Good location for eastern Louisville.....

We are fans of the brand but hadn't stayed with them for a good while. We decided to try again and were not disappointed. This location is the typical setup and decor. Lots of room, modern, big HD TV, fridge. The neighborhood is very nice also.
What put this visit over the top was service. John checked us in. He offered a tour of the property which we didn't need. After answering a few questions about the area he asked if we needed a wakeup call. Upon finding just how early we needed to leave for our flight he offered to have a "to go" breakfast bag waiting in the morning. We were impressed. The gentleman on duty in the morning (sorry I didn't catch his name) was equally polite and helpful.
We'll be back next time we're in the area.
