Property was described as having a pool, but there is none on the property. Dead roaches survived two 'cleanings' and I was later moved to the room with details pictured. Garbage bin, & discarded food were left in the freezer. Extended Stay admits they are unable to keep housekeepers, with two no-shows, etc.

After describing the problems pictured here, I was told I would have to wait until the next day to have the filthy bathroom floor and tub cleaned and a less cigarette-burned bedspread.

There is a reason for the price breaks at this property. The place is broken.

We went to visit family in Louisville, KY and wanted to get a room for privacy rather than stay at someone’s house we picked Extended Stay because it was close to everyone.

The positive: The room was clean and the kitchen area was equipped with basics. There were some hangers for our stuff. The area is great! Safe and walking distance to restaurants, movies and shopping. Qdoba has good chips and burritos made to order.

Improvements: The staff was not helpful. We asked for a high floor room and arrived around 2pm to be sure we get what we requested. They ignored our request and offer a room on the 1st floor until we protested, we had to ask for a 2nd key, and the guy got annoyed by our requests! Also, the hotel advertise internet, but its at a surcharge, which bites! We know it’s not the Hyatt, but these are standard hospitality services these days.

The biggest issue we had was the thin walls and unclean toilet! We could hear everyone’s business. We heard TV’s, bumps, moans and "oh baby"! We had to use our alcohol swabs to clean the seat. The location is good but poor staff and thin walls put this hotel in the last resort column for our future visits to the area.

no extra pillows, toilet ran all night, small and bed rock. The odd thing is they take all of your information and treat you like your a terriorist and tell you that they need it all because if case you leave anything...wrong,,,!!!

my daughter left her purse and we were one hour out of louisville and called and I told them they could overnight it with Fed Ex. They pick up and charge it too my card;.. They said they couldn't do this and didn't have the means too....short of help (of yes, always and excuse)but ;;;WHY DID THEY TELL ME THEY NEEDED ALL MY INFORMATION OF ALL THE THREE GUESTS ROOM THAT I PAID FOR IF THEY WASN'T GOING TO GET OUR BELONGING BACK TO US;.LIARS ALSO, RUDE, RUDE, PEOPLE AT THE DESK.
