One of those rare places where there was simply nothing amiss at all, the management should be very proud of their establishment as it was a totally satisfying stay. I wonder how other "slightly upscale" hotels in the area can justify rates of $130-150 per night. Every area in the hotel was immaculately clean. Room was beautifully decorated and very roomy, HVAC worked well. King bed had five pillows with a range of firmness, which I always appreciate. Nice choice of items at breakfast. Super fast wireless internet that connected immediately, but a wired connection was also available.Located far enough off I-64 that there was no noise whatsoever, but convenient to a number of restaurants in the vicinity. For under $85 including tax for a weekend evening, it was a bargain.

Rooms were immaculate! Hotel was amazing! Owners were amazing! Front desk was superb! Gentleman at Front Desk, I believe his name was Dustin was excellent! So kind and observant to our needs! Went above and beyond what is required, same can be said about the front desk manager! The only complaint I could have was the little asain girl was very rude and hard to understand! She made me feel like I was a problem because she can't speak nor understand English! I normally come every couple of months but not sure I will be returning because of her! She was very undermining of me and my request! I'm not sure if she really couldn't understand plain English or she was just not wanting to accomadate me! Hopefully when I return in Oct she won't be at the desk when I check in!

My family and I stayed in this hotel in September 2011 for a weekend trip. The hotel was clean and modern. I selected this hotel based on the previous reviews. I also chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool. The pool water was very cold, at only 80 degrees. This is not a suitable indoor temperature. Also, we did not receive room cleaning service on our second day. I had to remake the beds myself. The walls were very thin, since we could clearly hear the group of girls in the room next to us talking all night. The hot breakfast was average at best. The eggs did not taste like eggs and had a real buttery flavor to them. This hotel served our needs, but I wouldn't stay here again.

We had a couple of minor issues at this hotel but the management took very good care of us in order to make us very happy! We were treated like "GOLD" and we really enjoyed our stay. It was one of the highlights of our vacation! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in the Louisville area again! The staff were vere accommodating to our needs especially with a 2 yr old and a 8 month old baby. Even the owner of the hotel was very kind in asking us if we needed help when we were packing our car to leave. It was very nice stay!
