My husband and I stayed here for a an overnight stay in Louisville for a concert. I was impressed by the quick and efficient valet service. The attendants were curteous and attentive. As we walked into the lobby I was again pleasantly surpirsed by the clean and modern decor. Our check-in took approximately 2-3 minutes and we were off to our room. We stayed on the 11th floor in a King Suite. I must say, the evening that we arrived it was snowing and having a view of downtown during the snow was somewhat magical. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Oh, and the bed felt awesome...had a great sleep. There was a small sign stating that the bed linens were guranteed fresh upon arrival and in an effort to conserve resources they would change them every three days, unless otherwise requested, during your stay but of course we only stayed 1 night. We also visited Champions restaurant for late night takeout. It was a bit lively and we were tired so we ordered and went to our room. However, customer service was great and the food was average.
We checked out the next morning (took 2 mins) and headed back home.
Really impressed. I am usually very uncomfortable in hotels but this one worked for me. If ever I am back in Louisville, this will be my hotel of choice.!!
