We stayed here a few weeks. The general manager was terrific in dealing with some family issues we had. Check in was quick and offered some fresh baked cookies which the kids loved. The room was spacious and very, very clean. The staff at the desk and working the breakfast room were very friendly. Great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from my second stay. Both were in the winter. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Same staff as my previous stay, no turnover. They serve breakfast and have a small happy hour theme meal almost every evening. They also have a nice store. Business office with working printer. Off the main highway within walking distance to a Circle K gas station if you need a snack. About a 1/4 mile from the highway between Louisville and Lexington.
Room was nice and large and up to date. LCD TV in main room and tube TV in the bedroom. Room was very clean and everything was in working order. Wireless worked well. There were no dogs or kids staying during my two short stays and I know that can certainly influence a review if it makes your stay noisy etc.

Be sure to check the noice level in the room if you need to set the thermostat up. It will kick on and off with a loud boom every 5 minutes. Furnace was built right in to a closet in one of the rooms and my brother in the other room was disturbed as well. Payed extra for the suite but none of the amenities were worth the added expense. Management showed no concern over the issue. Too many good places at lower cost to put up with this one. Staybridge is off my list.

The hotel is fine; clean and comfortable. BUT...we arrived at 10:30 PM, after driving 15 hours they told us they didn't have our reservation. I had a printed copy of our confirmation. When we gave it to the front desk clerk, she told us she gave our reservation to someone with the same name. Our name is not Jones or Smith or something equally common; it is quite unusual. Luckily, they had a room, but had the hotel been sold out, what were we expected to do at that time of night. No apology given. Apparently, a "guarantee" reservation doesn't mean much to them. Also, they gave us a smaller room than what was reserved and charged us the same. Not very good customer service. Never had this kind of experience with a Staybridge before.
