This particular Microtel property was an excellent deal for us as Wyndham members. With discounts (senior) we paid $39.99 before taxes for a queen bed room...quite a deal nowadays. While the motel does have an institutional look, the room itself was fine as far as comfort and decor, though size-wise: definitely a bit on the small side. The queen bed was comfortable and no noise...great sleep that night. Amenities offered: cable tv, and wireless internet, and standard continental breakfast. and then there was an interesting feature: A nook with a mattress pad for an average-sized adult or a larger child located under the window There was no microwave or fridge in our room. The front staff were great: they offered us coupons for free food from a local chain: Thornton's gas stations, and in the morning the staff mailed all our Christmas cards for us! We'll stop here on the trip back to VA!

Exactly what I expected and more. I've stayed in a number of Microtels, but this one was pleasantly well-maintained and clean. The staff - without exception - went out of their way to make guests feel at home. I'd have no hesitation in staying there again.

I just recently moved up here from GA and I spent a week in this hotel until I found me a place to stay (apartment) and all I can say is "awesome"...... The staff showed professionalism which was a plus...... What will make this hotel stand out even more if they had a laundry facility, fitness center and maybe an indoor pool but its just a thought...... Overall, the hotel is wonderful and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and/or family.

Stayed at Microtel Louisville3 nigths last week. Yes, rooms are small, but so what, so are the prices! Much more important, rooms were spotless clean, carpets in hallways & elevators were clean, bed was very good. One little thing, a more decent bed side lamp would be nice.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. breakfast is limited, but coffee was fine & hot. Paid for 3 nigths less than € 160.
I will definitely come back!
