We have used the Choice Priviledges Network for years and for the most part been satisified. They are usually fairly priced, clean and provide a safe enviroment but this one had none of these features. What a Dump, it was the worst place I ever stayed in! We called the serv center to make reservations for this stay on 10/09/11. We were told they had a king ns rm and booked it. When we got there no king--Ok so they gave us a double it was late and we were tired. Got to the room, dog next to us barking, room was really run down TV didn't work and bathrm was dirty and had 2 empty rolls of toilet tissue. We went back to the front and they gave us a different rm. We went to check this one out and it smelled of urine and the headboard of one of the beds was on the floor! Well back to the front desk and a new desk clerk. She found a king rm but it was a smoking rm. By this time we were so exhausted that we just decided to get some sleep and then get the heck out of this place. I sent a complaint to Choices on our fexperience and they told me they would investigate and get back to me in 72 hours well guess what its been 120 hours and still haven't heard anything. Needless to say we will be rethinking what hotel chain we book with!

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel over the internet for a 1 night stay as we traveled from Va. To Mo. to visit family.For some reason we could not pull up anything on Trip Advisor so had no idea what it would be like. I can't tell you one single good thing about this place ! The first keys the clerk made for us did not work in either room. The second set worked . One sister's room was barely okay and the refrigerator did not work but she was too tired to complain at all. The AC in the other room (2 sisters together) did not work and we had to move to another room.
Nothing felt clean, the floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and moved like ocean waves. We think the floor underneath was rotting. The ice machine ejected about 10 ice cubes and we were afraid to use them. DISGUSTING PLACE !!!!!!!

The room was nothing to look at many mis-matched objects, unpainted door and bad paint job. (paint over the borders) There were customer near my room partying outside late at night. Flilling their coolers with ice.
The worst part was the bites from bed bugs. After getting home from traveling I called Choice Hotel they took a complaint from me but did not seem to care. The phone number online for the hotel is not correct. I called the hotel the phone ring and ring. Finally they answered and said I should have called right away even though I explained to them I was in an important interview and driving to South Carolina. They hung up on me.
Do not rent a room you will get bitten by bed bugs and possibly carry bed bugs home in your belongings. My sister says that they are very hard to get rid of.

The blankets were crunchy pilled and very old.
These people do not run a nice place nor do they care.

We pulled up to this place it looked scary but.... we stayed the room was ok for the money but i would not stay here again ..... location next adult club .... not my style!!!!
