We stayed here on a weekend trip to visit friend. It is a budget hotel, so you sometimes get what you pay for, but this particular Days Inn was outstanding for the price range.
The Good: Room was clean, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff was always very friendly. It was located just off the interstate away from heavy traffic, but was only a 10 minute drive into town on a major city street.
The Bad: There is a strip club next door. We didn't hear any noise from it, and you can only see it from one side of the building. There are two signs for the place that feature women in bikinis. If this offends you, don't stay here. You should also stay away from public swimming pools, all beaches, and cancel any mail order catalogs. This really wasn't a big deal.
You can hear some outside noise on the walkways, which is true for most hotels that feature an exterior entrance to your room.
Overall: This was one of the better hotels I've stayed at for the price range, and would recommend this for budget traveling in the Lexington area.
