This hotel brand used to be synonymous with dingy and two star hotels. They cleaned up their brand and their properties quite a bit through the years and enjoy staying with them until now. I checked in and there are three buildings. I stayed in the third one. It was late at night and a party was happening in the room above me which meant I couldn't sleep. Then around 3am the ladies next door started throwing furniture, had a dog that was barking, and they were screaming. I eventually called the front desk and he came down. One of the women was screaming in the parking lot and I really thought she had to be on meth or some other drug. By 5:30am I was given a new room, room 101. At 8am I was woken by housekeeping which was next door! I went out and asked if they could keep it down and they didn't so I stayed awake. On check-out they comped my room but that didn't matter. What mattered was that I was driving 7 more hours on 3 hours of sleep. This resulted in me having to get another hotel along the way and sleep there for the night. I gave two stars because the guy at night was good but veryyyyy slow. The woman in the morning was beyond apathetic. It is too bad that I will question, again, the Best Western brand.
