Nice, clean, modern property in a nice location. We were very happy with the counter service and housekeeping. A suite isn't quite big enough for a group of women traveling with a lot of clothes, but should be fine for a couple or small family not carrying clothes for a special occasion.

Tucked away behind a Meijer store, this hotel is easy to miss but thanks to Tripadvisor, we found it and LOVED it. It is near the Fayette and Lexington Green malls (which we did not visit) and there were ample restaurants and shops in the area. I am skittish about locations when I travel and this area and street felt very safe and comfortable at night.

The hotel was very clean and attractive with a fireplace in the lobby. Our room had plenty of living space and the bedroom was huge. It even had a ceiling fan which is a nice alternative to heat/air units only.

The breakfast was good - lots of choices that differed from Saturday to Sunday and the attendent that we saw there on Saturday morning was very nice. I called the hotel twice prior to arriving and both times the staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in was fast and the service was again outstanding.

I was prepared to give this hotel an Excellent rating until late Saturday night and Sunday morning when the elevator near our room was broken. It required some detours and trips up and down stairs to get the car loaded. But everything else was awesome.

My family and I try to stay in Hilton family hotels to accumulate honor points,but had never stayed at a homewood suites before. I must say I was very impressed with the room. It's more spacious than Embassy suites and has a "homey" feel. I would recommend and will stay at a Homewood again.

Everyone was so nice. Lexington is a wonderful town. It is like a big city with a small town attitude. The Homewood Suites were great and would stay there again. We met family there and the accomidations were perfect for our needs.
