All the RRI Superior King rooms are the same: larger room, but not much, old (no flat screen) TV with limited channel selection, small bathroom. The room was clean, the bed was OK, overstuffed pillows, the staff indifferent. No breakfast, except for coffee / tea or you make your own in room. There is a restaurant nearby, gas station, but nothing much else. Just drive 5 miles south and you will have all the shopping and food choices you want.

So what do I mean with the title? We stayed for two days and on a day one, the room opposite ours (201) was occupied. Unfortunately when someone in the other room turned the water on, it got extremely noisy in our room (bad pipes I guess). We were woken up couple time during the night when someone used the bathroom. The walls are also not the thickest so noise is an issue. Next day when the hotel was almost empty and we had no such issues. You can also hear the freeway even though we were on the opposite side.

This is an old property (20 years +) and need updating. It may be OK for one night but for anything else I would look elsewhere.

The tip that we should have gone somewhere else should have been when I called ahead and ended up hanging up after being on hold for 5 minutes. All I asked Mary for were room rates. When we arrived, we met Mary who seemed nice enough. After 15 minutes we had a room and a line had grown. Our room turned out to be dirty and it would be a 25 minute wait to talk to her as there were 3 groups (the same 3 behind us) that still needed rooms. She did upgrade us, but what a pain!The place is understaffed, poorly managed, and too much of a hassle after a day on the road! Find someplace else.

Superior King Room had been updated and was very adequate. This is a basic, no frills property. No breakfast, but does have strong WiFi. Everything worked properly and most things in the room were clean. Appliances and flat spaces were dusty. Front desk crew was polite and efficient. I would stay here again.

Stayed here as a one night stop on the way home from vacation. The place was clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. I had reserved a room at $63 on the internet but saw a sign advertizing a room for $45. Clerk was very happy to honor the lower price without a fuss.
