I stayed at this hotel because of past positive experiences with Hampton Inn, but this one was at the low end of quality. The hallways were dirty; I was a single female and not happy that they placed me in a ground floor room by the parking lot; the bed covering appeared quite "used". I really didn't want it close to me at night. Mostly though I had an issue with how the bed was made. The sheets were on sideways from best I could tell, and within a few minutes came right off the corners of the mattress. I had to tear the bed apart and remake it. Towels were thin...over all I would not stay here again. It seems to be a rundown hotel...

We stayed here to attend the World Equestrian Games at Kentucky Horse Park. After reading the reviews I was really worried that it was going to be awful, but It was fine. The room was not spotless, but it was adequate. It is an older Hampton Inn, but the staff was all very friendly, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was just what I needed for my hungry teen.

A shout out to Patrick who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and always had a smile!

On the way from California to NYC we stayed overnight in Lexington. We decided to stay close to the Interstate and were trying to find a decent Hotel.
Online feedbacks on this one were just ok. But other places around did look worse. And other Hotels we looked for were just too far away.

So we checked in here. The front desk staff was friendly and the Hotel and the room clean. Everything here is a little on the older side, so there could be some improvement. But the place was quiet and good for one night and the neighbourhood seemed safe.

The room is pretty standard, has a flatscreen but no microwave or fridge. The rest of the room was ok, but all in all overpriced for what it offers.

Still, it's an ok place for one night. And lacking other good options it's still decent enough to spend a night. If we come back, it still might be an option.

Rooms were dirty with mystery splatter on the TV, the door frames, and the carpet. The doorknob in the bathroom was broken/missing pieces, the shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall and sagging in the center. The bathroom was too small to accomodate the granite vanity that is an apparent attempt to update an obviously OLD property. Inadequate parking under normal circumstances, but the fact that the Fairfield Inn that shares the parking lot was being re-roofed and had equipment and materials occupying about 1/4 of the spaces made a bad situation worse. I slept in my vehicle, which I had to park off of the property. The town was booked for a high school basketball tourney, so we couldn't find another room -- checked out a day early, however.
