I don't know where these other reviewers stayed! The staff was great, the lobby ok, but that is where it ends. I stayed in a Starwood Preferred guest room which was old with the cottage cheese ceilings peeling over the bed.
The carpet in the common areas were stretched with big waves in them and an abundance of stains. The single serve coffee maker had all sorts of particles coming out of it even after I made herculian efforts to clean it.
With such a good staff I would expect the chain to spend a few dollars on this aging property.
