“The best hotel in Lexington!”

This hotel was by far one of the nicest I have stayed with in Lexington. The rooms were so clean and the big King size beds were so comfy! Made me want to buy a bed just like it for our home! I travel with my company to Lexington often and we have tried out many different hotels in the area, and this is by far the nicest. It is fairly new I think they are like 2 or 3 years old. We was actually able to get a local negotiated rate for our company and all of staff enjoy staying at this hotel. I especially like the sales director, she is so easy to work with and is always on top of things. We have meetings there often and she always makes sure to take good care of us! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Room Tip: I like the corner rooms, they have two windows and are larger!

I first want to thank you for staying at our award winning Holiday Inn Express during your travels. Being only 3 and a half years old we try to keep the new feel to our hotel by keeping it up to date with the best of everything. I see you enjoyed our extremely comfortable king size beds which are a hit with the majority of our guest. Having a great bed is one of the things that makes your short or long sleep a great one. I also noticed you were here on business and had tried many other locations, but you decided to try us this time around. We are always happy to sit down with any company and negotiate a local rate with them so that it make customers like you and their bosses happy. I will pass along the kind words you said about our director of sales to her. She was one of the reasons why we are 2 year running award winners along with the rest of the staff from front desk to housekeeping. We will assure that your time here is a great one as much as we possibly can. During your next visit to us please ask for that corner room that you like because that is one of the most popular rooms we have due to the size and the location. A lot of people consider getting this room an upgrade over all the rest. In any case please do come back to see us here at the award winning Holiday Inn Express and i hope you have safe travels wherever the road takes you.

I stayed at this hotel while I was on my business trip. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel because the one I stayed at was sold out. I am glad I came here because this is my new place to stay when I come to Lexington. The staff was AWESOME!!! Room spotless. Overall, everything was great at the hotel. Love the way they welcomed me with name on the board, since i am Gold PC member.

Our award winning house keeping staff are great at keeping the new hotel feel every time you walk into a room, because they take pride and making every guest happy. I see you noticed our Priority Club Recognition board for Platinum and Gold members. In the near future we hope to go digital with the board so that all Gold and Platinum elite members will have their name displayed across a 40 plus inch LCD screen. Great Holiday Inn. The staff is great and helpful. The " breakfast lady" helped us plan our day around Lexington and we had a great time seeing the sights. Breakfast was good too. The hotel was clean and neat and seemed to be well run. The manager there must be on top of it because everyone who works there was quite pleasant. It was a great value and we are sure to go back.

Room Tip: We usually ask for our room to be on the top floor away from the ice machine. Less noise.

I'm glad you were able to stop by our free express start breakfast bar and enjoy the wide variety of hot and cold items that we offer. The breakfast lady is a wonderful asset to our property as she makes sure every guest is happy before they leave our hotel. This was by far the best stay I have ever experienced on an out of town trip. This is a very nice and very clean hotel. For the great price at which we stayed we did not expect the level of service and ammenities that we had received. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were bright. The location was very convenient to everything, which is a plus. The staff was very friendly and well informed. The lobby and the exterior were very well maintained and the attractive look to it all made the stay very pleasant indeed. We will be sure to stay here every time we go back to Lexington.

Room Tip: The rooms that have the big windows are nice and bright. You get a lot of good daylight without sac...

Thank you very much for your words of kindness. We appreciate you and every guest that stays with us and holds our hotel so very highly. Having a clean, uncluttered, and well kept lobby is one of the things we put first and for most . It is the first thing you see when you walk in the door so we want you to feel the presence of our Award winning staff right from the start. We also try to think of as many things as possible that would make the guest feel at home so that when they are here they can relax without any worries. Having a Refrigerator, Microwave, Iron, Ironing Boards, Blow Dryers, and 32 inch screen LG TVs in every room to make sure our guest have everything they need to be stress free. We also appreciate the comments about the level of service you got from the Holiday Inn Express. We put our level of Customer Service very high up as it and our wonderful guest are what made us 2 year running for 2010 and 2011 Torch Bearer Award Winners. If there is anything we can do for you in the future please do not hesitate to ask us. We would feel honored to have you back staying at our award property.

Booked this hotel as well from Trip Advisor reviews,price was right room very clean,front desk very helpful too! Parking free and not a problem.Stayed in Lex.once before at the Lexington Hotel and Convention Center downtown near Rupp this was a much better $$ value.Driving to downtown from here was maybe 5-10 minutes tops.No bar avaialble but not a problem their is an appleblees in the lot next door.Keeneland race course is nearby and a great day is always had there!! Close to freeeways and the Bourbon Trail is maybe 1/2 hour tops,also a good stop! Free breakfast isn't great but completely serviceable.Leaving to go home was also good because of the freeway being right there! Swimming pool also clean.Would try here again.

We always like to see another happy guest come from our Award Winning Holiday Inn Express. It warms me to know that guest like you are finding our hotel to be in a great location for many different opportunities. If you did not know also next to the Applebees right next door is many other selections for restaurants so that if you ever come back to see us, as we hope you will, you will have some variety. Zaxby's(Chicken) , Taco bell, Wendys, El Mariachi's(Mexican) , Happy Panda(Chinese), Orange Leaf (Frozen Yogurt), and Fire house subs are all just a few minutes walk away. I also see you took advantage of some of Lexington's top trills. Being so greatly placed in Lexington make our hotel a perfect spot to rest while quickly running over to Keeneland Race Coarse which is just about 5 miles away, Downtown which as mentioned roughly 5 minutes or so, The bourbon trail, and also all major highways are close such as I-64 and I-75. Please think of us on your next trip through to see your family in Lexington as guest like you are who made us 2010 and 2011 Torch Bearer Award Winners!
