We paid $119 a night for a local soccer tournament. This hotel was not a $120 per night hotel even over a Derby weekend. The shower temperature ranged from bone-chilling to lobster boil in a matter of seconds and the room is not a suite as you would expect. It had a pull out couch with only one tv. I will never stay in a comfort suite again.

Needed a hotel quickly while driving down 71 and picked this one without researching any of the hotels, and we should have picked something different. Checked in after 11 and a large group of construction guys were around the hotel drinking making a lot of noise, with the front desk standing around watching them. Room was clean, but that was it. The bathroom door didn't close, shower water pressure was extremely low, and the towels were old. In the morning I killed an ant in the bathroom, our room was on the second floor. Breakfast was alright, had a waffle maker, but everything else was low on supplies. The one plus was Fox News on, so it was nice to watch real news in the morning. Notified the front desk agent in the morning about some of the problems and she pretty much blew me off and didn't offer to do anything.

First of all they advertise - newly remodeled suites - our suite had never been remodeled, the carpet was so filthy it was hard as a rock - the shower doors opened onto a couch in the "living room". There was mold everywhere, the brown paint was splattered with white, the phone didn't work (even though they had cc on file), there was very little food for breakfast even though we came there an hour before closing - apparently the food was not kept properly as my husband got sick and we spent the whole day in our room. There was never anyone at the front desk, even though the prices were doubled because there was a truck show 30 miles away in Louisville - one would assume that the hotel would have additional staff to meet the needs of their guests. I agree with all of the previous reviews - this place is a dump and I would not recommend to a dead dog lying in the street.
