We recently reserved rooms for our out of town wedding guests and the bride. The service was fantastic, the staff is accommodating, rooms are clean, breakfast is a great perk. All of the guests were happy.

This is an older hotel, but recently remodeled so good lighting, lamps with electrical outlets, multiple places to set luggage. The room was large with sofa and big desk. Bathroom not fancy but all was very clean. Appeciated towels in pool/hot tub area, which not all holiday inn expresses have. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I walked in at the tale end of a storm that left parts of the hallways flooded. There was only one person on duty. Dispute all of the chaos he treated me like I have grown to expect from the HIE chain. Service was quick, courteous and the room was outstanding.

Jeffersontown is a convenient Louisville location. This Holiday Inn Express is showing some age, and doesn't seem to fit the new Holiday Inn model. Concerns: room smelled like smoke; bathroom needs work - toilet tank handle loose, water runs continuously in toilet without some fiddling (insides of toilet tank rusted), shower heat level indicator loose, faucet handle on sink loosely attached & falls off if you don't handle it right. Fine point - only margarine, not butter for breakfast. Nothing major, but feels more like a Comfort Inn at Holiday Inn prices.
