My wedding night was ruined by a group who had reserved the hotels banquet hall. It was a group who at 2 and 3 in the morning were doing burn outs on their motorcycles and still at their barbque tent that they had set up earlier that after noon. I say if you have a group event that you want the hotel staff to turn a blind eye to what you and group do at the cost of other hotel guests this might be your event location. But if you are traveling and looking for a quiet place I would defintely think twice about staying here.
Definitley call ahead and see what will be going on during your stay. Specifically ask about the banquet hall. because once you are there the staff is not helpful.

Sewage water overflowed from the sink ruining our toiletries, luggage, and some clothing. After many attempts to contact the manager and even email the owner, no one is doing anything. If you stay, you stay at your own risk!!

While checking in, my sister-in-law was refused a military discount (because there were 3 adults and 3 small children in the room). The attendant on duty that night was very rude. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The rear entrance to the hotel (the closest entrance to our room) did not have any type of security lock (i.e. we weren't required to use our room key to unlock the door), the back parking lot was quite dark when we arrived at 10pm (the security lights did come on later, though). Someone in our group left their glasses in the room. The hotel requested a credit card number in order to mail the glasses. After two weeks, no glasses. When the manager was contacted, they agreed to send them, but they sent them overnight and the credit card was charged $50!

On a positive note, there were a couple of attendants who were very nice when we checked out and the breakfast attendant was very helpful and kind.

Upon entering the hallway where our room was located, I immediately noticed smoky smell. We were in a smoking room by choice, but I don't think a non-smoker would be happy here. Perhaps the non-smoking rooms are ok, but the hallway itself is terribly smelly. Room was nice. It was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower was great.

The restaurant on site has closed down but there are lots of fast food within walking distance and sit-down restaurants within half mile or so. There is also a bar onsite.

That said, this was probably the root of my complaint about this hotel. There was a group of construction workers staying there. On arrival at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon, I observed a couple of workers who appeared intoxicated. That should have been a warning. Needless to say, after the bar closed around 2:00 am, it was impossible to get any sleep. There was screaming and yelling in the hallway and slamming doors until 4:00 or 5:00 am. We did received a $10.00 discount after complaining at check out. We were in a room on the rear wing of the building. I would suggest that you inquire at check in if there are workers staying there, and if so, request a room near to the office.

They do have a continental breakfast, but we did not eat there.
