We stayed at the Ramada for a family funeral that we had to attend. The staff was very very very considerate of our circumstance and offered us a lower rate since this wasn't a leisure trip and due to the loss in our family. Nancy was very nice and even allowed me to book a room for my parents and put us right next to each other.

Plenty of (free) parking! Free continental breakfast.

The rooms were your basic standard room (nothing extravagant). The rooms, bedding, bathrooms were clean.

Each room has a small fridge and a microwave (for no extra fee)

Would recommend this hotel.

Recently tried staying a the Inn in Henderson. Hard working man that works for a living. Another person that works with me checked in and was given the key to room 123. We went to the room took showers and then proceeded to head to the eatery that is on the property. After dinner we headed back to the room and when we opened the door the smell of mold came crashing toward us like a smoke screen. We then proceeded to the desk where we was met by an angry desk clerk that refused to honor or request to change to a different room. We tried to call the 800 number and was refused. Then he charged the card and told us we was evicted without our consent threatened to call the law in which I agreed because something needed to be done about the anger coming from this man. In his rage he did tell us that he had spoke to the owner and was told that it is their policy not to change rooms for people that were not pleased. Don't stay at this Ramada.

From 1 to 10, I would rate 1,000% great. The room was perfect. The people who work there were so nice and helpful, beyond the call, in every way. Even the pool water was a perfect temperature. The restuarant had good food, good service, and friendly people. It just could not have been better. We were sad to have to leave. I would highly recommend Henderson Ramada to everyone. Thank you so much to everyone.

My son has a football tournament coming up in November. I was looking for hotels online and after updating the search to include military discounts, I found this place for $15/night, so I booked 3 rooms for myself and family. I called a few days ago to confirm the reservations and everything was fine. Today, I get a call from the very rude manager saying that the rate was a mistake and they aren't going to honor that rate and that if they have to, then I will need to bring in a letter from the goverment saying why I was going to be there and why I needed 3 rooms. I told her that the website says to just present my military ID for that rate, to which she told me that I was trying to get over on the system..... No, the system is which gave this this rate! She also told me that the mistake wasn't her fault, she wasn't going to take the fall for it, and that I should be smart enough to know that I can't get a room for that price...... Even though it said so on their website... She then hung up on me. What an aweful place and aweful people!
