My son has a football tournament coming up in November. I was looking for hotels online and after updating the search to include military discounts, I found this place for $15/night, so I booked 3 rooms for myself and family. I called a few days ago to confirm the reservations and everything was fine. Today, I get a call from the very rude manager saying that the rate was a mistake and they aren't going to honor that rate and that if they have to, then I will need to bring in a letter from the goverment saying why I was going to be there and why I needed 3 rooms. I told her that the website says to just present my military ID for that rate, to which she told me that I was trying to get over on the system..... No, the system is which gave this this rate! She also told me that the mistake wasn't her fault, she wasn't going to take the fall for it, and that I should be smart enough to know that I can't get a room for that price...... Even though it said so on their website... She then hung up on me. What an aweful place and aweful people!

My wedding night was ruined by a group who had reserved the hotels banquet hall. It was a group who at 2 and 3 in the morning were doing burn outs on their motorcycles and still at their barbque tent that they had set up earlier that after noon. I say if you have a group event that you want the hotel staff to turn a blind eye to what you and group do at the cost of other hotel guests this might be your event location. But if you are traveling and looking for a quiet place I would defintely think twice about staying here.
Definitley call ahead and see what will be going on during your stay. Specifically ask about the banquet hall. because once you are there the staff is not helpful.

Sewage water overflowed from the sink ruining our toiletries, luggage, and some clothing. After many attempts to contact the manager and even email the owner, no one is doing anything. If you stay, you stay at your own risk!!

While checking in, my sister-in-law was refused a military discount (because there were 3 adults and 3 small children in the room). The attendant on duty that night was very rude. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The rear entrance to the hotel (the closest entrance to our room) did not have any type of security lock (i.e. we weren't required to use our room key to unlock the door), the back parking lot was quite dark when we arrived at 10pm (the security lights did come on later, though). Someone in our group left their glasses in the room. The hotel requested a credit card number in order to mail the glasses. After two weeks, no glasses. When the manager was contacted, they agreed to send them, but they sent them overnight and the credit card was charged $50!

On a positive note, there were a couple of attendants who were very nice when we checked out and the breakfast attendant was very helpful and kind.
