Greta, the front desk clerk was a gem. SO helpful, so friendly. The rooms clean, the stay super quiet. This is what you pay for. I can't think of anything bad to say about the place.

Breakfast was fine, and well kept up. I will certainly stay here next time I'm in the area, or in Evansville, IN for that matter.

The Comfort Inn is very much what you might expect, and all went well enough, until about 2:45 AM when employees of TYSON CHICKEN (of Sebree Kentucky) made so much noise that other guests complained, as did we. The crashing and thumping and door slamming comtinued until about 5AM

The nice lady at the Comfort Inn desk told us this was not the first time she has had problems with TYSON CHICKEN empolyees and that others complained.

At some point, the motel must deal with this problem by refusing TYSON CHICKEN employees at guests. Apparently this has been an on-going problem. The motel is at the mercy of the guests, but only up to a point, and TYSON CHICKEN employess are past that point.

Most of our softball team stayed at this hotel. The evening staff was very friendly. Driving to Henderson, I was called by them on my cell to inform me of room changes (to my advantage). Decent breakfast with waffles. Laundry very convenient. Parking lot huge. I will definitely stay here again when passing through!

I had to book 2 hotel rooms, sight unseen for an out of state funeral. We were pleasantly suprised by this hotel. The staff was very nice and courteous. The rooms were nice, though our bathroom door had to be slammed in order for it to stay closed.
Also, we had to go down to the first floor to find an ice machine. Other than that, we had no problems.

The breakfast was really nice. They had a belgian waffle maker that was a hit with my kids, lots of choices and the coffee was good. Free copies of USA Today were a hit with my husband. It turns out that many people in my family stayed in the same hotel, and everyone was pleased with their stay.
