This is a typical Hampton Inn -- clean, comfortable, modern. The hot breakfast is free. It struck me as odd only because you had your choice of biscuits and gravy or hashbrowns -- two starches. The only eggs were hardboiled. But they offered fruit and cereal and yogurt, so it wasn't a huge deal.
The staff was businesslike and polite, but struck me as somewhat disinterested after we had checked in. You have to walk past them to get to your room, and it's kind of amazing they don't acknowledge you as you come in. I'm sort of an introvert, though, so again, no big deal.
Nice pool, and we had it all to ourselves late in the evening.
It takes maybe 20 minutes to drive to Cincinnati to enjoy the sights.
