There were definite positives, including a very helpful front desk, but this hotel fell short of what we expect from a Hampton Inn. The biggest problem is the very, very thin walls. We could clearly hear what seemed to be normal conversations in the next room. This was unacceptable, and not a problem we have ever experienced in any other Hampton Inn. One night our neighbors were especially noisy while we tried to sleep. When we called to complain, the solution offered was for us to move rooms! Also unacceptable. The tile in the bathroom looked dirty, and we could never get the blackout curtains closed completely. We would not return to this hotel.

We have stayed here 4 times over the past 2 years, and each stay has been very enjoyable! The front desk staff have always been very friendly and efficient. Rebecca was on duty when we checked in, and she immediately welcomed us back and acknowledged that we have stayed here before.That was a nice personal touch! She was very pleasant, had our key ready, and we were checked in immediately! She offered us dining choices and told us about 2 local restaurants that offered discounts to Hampton Inn guests if we showed our room key.

The hotel decor is welcoming, contemporary, and the entire hotel itself is very, very clean! The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated and gave the lobby a homey touch. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds are sooooooooo comfortable. The room temp was perfect, and the in room coffee was easy to make and delicious! The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold items, and all tasted quite good! The homemade oatmeal and toppings was a special addition. The lady in charge of the buffet was so friendly, and kept the coffee brewing and the buffet filled!

This hotel is located at a busy interstate ramp, and occasionally you will hear a loud truck. However, for the amount of traffic along the interstate next to this hotel, the outside noise is surprisingly low and has never been an issue for us. We will continue to stay here every year, and will always recommend this Hampton Inn. You will not be disappointed in the excellent customer service, amazing bedding, great buffet, and cleanliness here.

Great mattress and 3 wonderful pillows. Very clean and the thermostate is lit so you can see it in the dark. You don't have to turn on the light to change it at night. We stayed 3 nights and the breadfast was a bit better than most. Hot home made oatmeal was my fav. They had lots of toppings to go with it and fresh fruit. Did I mention the hot homemade cookies put out in the afternoon. Looking forward to our next stay the staff was great. Make your reservations with the hotel direct and save.

Service was great, easy check in, the room was clean and breakfast filling. Plus got a great recommendation for dinner.
